Shipping Terms & Delivery Times

We ship your order worldwide! The final shipping costs for your country will be displayed transparently in the shopping cart before you complete your order.

How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address, total weight, and volume of your order. Our system automatically determines the most cost-effective shipping option. The final shipping price including statutory VAT will be shown to you in the shopping cart and at checkout.

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping to Germany on orders over €19. For other countries, a different minimum order value may apply for free shipping. You will see the details in your shopping cart.

Note on large or bulky items
For particularly large or heavy items that must be shipped in multiple parcels, additional shipping costs may apply. These will also be displayed in the shopping cart.

Delivery Times
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, delivery within Germany usually takes 3-5 working days after the conclusion of the contract (or after payment has been received for prepayment orders).

For deliveries to other countries, please allow 5-10 working days for delivery, depending on the destination. Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods together in one shipment. The delivery time in this case is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.
